Premium vs Ultimate Deep Cleaning: What Does Each Plan Include?
Choose Premium if your priority is a thorough clean of rooms, floors, kitchen and bathrooms. Consider Ultimate when you also want fabric care and selected interiors cleaned. The right plan depends on what needs attention, not simply the size of the flat.
Dust & Pest Solutions offers Premium at approximately ₹6 per sq ft and Ultimate at approximately ₹8 per sq ft in Bangalore. Both are guide rates. An inspection confirms the final scope and quote. Here is a room-by-room comparison so you do not pay for a plan based on assumptions.

Living room and bedrooms: when fabric care matters
A floor can look clean while a fabric sofa or mattress still needs attention. Premium focuses on the room and its accessible surfaces. Ultimate adds sofa, carpet and mattress shampooing. Tell the team what materials you have, any existing damage and which items you want assessed.
Ask about the cleaning method and drying arrangements before booking upholstery work. Do not plan to use damp furnishings immediately. Kitchen: outside surfaces or emptied interiors?
Premium includes kitchen deep cleaning and cabinet exteriors. Ultimate also includes cabinet interiors when emptied. Remove food, crockery and loose belongings from the cabinets you want cleaned, and agree which units can be accessed. Cleaning is not a substitute for chimney servicing or appliance repairs.
Ultimate includes refrigerator cleaning inside and out, with items removed and trays and shelves washed. Before the appointment, discuss how food will be stored while the refrigerator is being cleaned and which removable parts are suitable for washing. Internal electrical servicing is not part of a cleaning visit.
Bathrooms, balconies and windows: know the limits
Both plans cover bathroom tiles and fittings, with hard-water stain treatment based on the condition of the surface. Old or permanent marks may require more than one cleaning and different methods. We will do our best, but do not guarantee every stain can be removed.
Both plans include accessible windows, grills and balconies. Outside glass is cleaned only where safely reachable. No worker will be asked to hang from ropes or use unsafe exterior access. Explain any high windows during inspection so the reachable scope is agreed upfront.
Which plan is right for your home?
- Choose Premium to discuss: a home that mainly needs accumulated dust, floor dirt, kitchen grease and bathroom deposits addressed.
- Choose Ultimate to discuss: a furnished home where sofa, carpet or mattress shampooing, cupboard interiors and refrigerator cleaning are priorities.
- For an empty home: do not assume the bigger package is automatically better. Explain the empty cupboards, remaining appliances and any post-renovation residue.
- For one problem area: ask about a focused kitchen, bathroom or sofa service rather than assuming a full-home package is necessary.
Before booking: Confirm the rooms and items covered, what must be emptied, how delicate surfaces will be handled, the final quote and any add-ons. Pest control is separate, with 50% off when booked with any deep clean for the same home.

Does Premium include sofa shampooing?

Will either plan remove every old stain?
No complete-removal guarantee is made. We do our best, but older or permanent stains may need repeat cleaning or different methods, and some marks may remain.
Is the approximate per-sq-ft rate my final bill?
